BBQ Pork with Jerk Marinade

Ingredients: Pork loin or Pork chops (1/2 lb. a person) 3 tbsp Walkerswood Jerk Seasoning 2 tbsp tomato ketchup 1 tsp chopped garlic 1 tsp chopped thyme 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 tbsp soy sauce 3 tbsp vegetable oil Method: Combine all ingredients together in a bowl, mix well and let marinate in fridge for 4hrs to 24hrs. Cook pork in oven at 375 for 30 mins, turning once. Pork can also be cooked on the grill with medium heat turning often until done. Serve with Tamarind Chutney.
